You are entitled to funding for the training of your employees.
ESF FUNDING EXPLAINED IN 5 POINTS
The European Social Fund (ESF) becomes a key lever for financing employee training in companies, with a priority given to the digital and ecological transition.
To all industrial companies, regardless of their size or sector, and to all of their employees, whether on permanent or fixed-term contracts.
All CODA training modules that contribute to the skill development of your employees to master industrial vision systems. Whether in inter-company or intra-company settings, remotely or in person.
🔹 50% of the educational cost of the training is covered by the ESF.
🔹 The remaining 50% can be financed through:
- A voluntary payment from the company.
- The funds of professional branches (for specific complementary financing according to your professional branch and the priorities of regional economic development: contact your sector OPCO to know your rights)
1️⃣ Submit your funding application file to your OPCO before December 31, 2025 (training can take place until April 15, 2026)
2️⃣ Wait for their approval before committing
